Default Now that fireworks are legal in PA,

Fireworks were legalized in PA in October of 2017. Permits to open new stores are being reviewed. What are the laws regarding shooting fireworks from boats now that they're legal in PA?

I wouldn't shoot them from a boat or at a marina. Way too much fuel vapors around to explode.

The thing I don't get is why would you want to. Go to a shore or an island and set them off there. The chance of setting your boat on fire is high. But even if you don't do that there is a good chance of burning a hole in your vinyl. To me it just sounds like a dumb idea, but do what you want. I'll make sure I keep my boat away from that.
